10 The meeting was held in the vice-chairmans 11 room in Tizard Hall, and opened at 1.30p.m. Only 12 three members of the committee were present and so the 13 scope of the discussion was limited. However the details 14 of the sherry party were worked out and a list of 15 members of staff who were to be invited drawn up. 16 It was also decided to co-opt another committee 17 member for the following term to swell the 18 dwindling numbers. The meeting adjourned at 2.15p.m.
