We wanted a place to put words and projects we wanted to work on that didn’t lock us into specific topics. As such, foliose is a collection of odd projects we’ve put way too much effort into presented for your enjoyment. Thematically they are related in that we did them!

Projects so far

Sherry Party is a project transcribing the committee meeting notes of the Huxley Humanist Society at Imperial College London from 1963-66. We found these handwritten meeting notes in the Felix office and they present an absolute joy to read. Various antics occur from organising a Sherry Party to a quest to find a female member. We’re not religious, but look at this! It’s hilarious!

The ground within art collection is an expression of Oscar’s love of the art of Magic: The Gathering and especially love of lands, a type of card in the game. This page exists to showcase Oscar’s work painting some of the cards from the ground within, a Magic: The Gathering cube. The ground within contains, among other things, many of these cards that Oscar loves.
